Dental Care for Terror Victims
In response to the recent wave of terror in Israel, the Health and Community Service Center has launched a new donor-sponsored program to provide subsidized dental care for victims of terror and their families at an average cost of NIS 1000 per patient. Partnering with the HCS on this critical program is the Jerusalem Municipality's Department of Social Services. Because the HCS does not have an operating budget for this program, the number of people who can receive significant financial assistance is directly correlated to the amount of designated funds raised. The present list of patients in this program surpasses our budget but we are optimistic that additional funds will become available. . |
